Prices:

Individual sessions: £40 for 1 - 1 ½ hours.

If 6 sessions are needed one free follow up session is provided.

Weightloss: advanced booking of 6 sessions, including workbook and personalised CD: £200

No smoking sessions: £150 for 3 sessions. (Often only 1 or 2 sessions are needed, so the other sessions can be used for any other issues)
